Hotel Valledupar Plaza

During my x-mas visit to this hotel, I appreciated the cozy and traditional house, which had been transformed into a lovely and inviting space. The location was perfect, situated close to the heart of the city, with all the key attractions and amenities just a stone's throw away. I truly enjoyed the warm welcome and the friendly service provided by the staff.

My experience at this hotel was somewhat marred by the bathroom issues. The shower drain was clogged, and despite the staff's attempts to fix it, the water still overflowed and flooded the whole bathroom.

Had a wonderful Xmas at a lovely hotel in the centre of town. Loved the traditional design and cozy atmosphere. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Location was perfect, within walking distance of main shopping areas and cultural sites. the hotel also offered a delicious breakfast spread each morning and a peaceful patio to relax in after a busy day.

The shower drain was clogged and caused the bathroom to flood during use. Although the staff quickly attended to the issue, it continued to occur throughout the stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a charming city full of art and cultural experiences. Featuring stylish and cozy rooms, the hotel's traditional house setting provides a unique atmosphere for your stay. the attentive staff is always friendly and quick to address any concerns, such as quickly fixing a clogged shower drain. Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast each morning and take advantage of the hotel's facilities, including a comfortable lounge area and complimentary Wi-Fi.

The bathroom can sometimes flood due to a lack of simple repair work.
